Complaints for returns should be made within 24hrs of receiving the product.
Exchanges will be made only if the product is defective.
Return request is declined
– If slight color change in the product due to phone resolutions from person to person.
– If minor thread pull outs
– If blue mark on edges on the fabric of weaver mark.
– If any misprints , overlapped prints and stains in the fabric happens as they are handmade.
Do not accept the courier pack if it is in damaged condition.
